
Dynamic Freestyle Flow

An energetic and dynamic one hour yoga class, flowing through a series of standing and seated poses to build strength, and increase flexibility and balance.
An enjoyable way to get moving, breathing and sweating!
The class is set to music and has a focus on engaging and building core strength to help support you in your poses and to enhance stability in other sports and activities.
Accessible for complete beginners but suitable for all levels.

Private Sessions
One to one yoga sessions tailored to suit your personal needs in the comfort of your own home or in a studio space. Private sessions can give you that extra individual attention that can be very useful if you are new to yoga or recovering from an injury.
They can also help you to work on specific areas of your body e.g. tight hamstrings or shoulders, or can be designed to take your regular yoga practice to the next level.

All equipment, including yoga mats, can be provided.
